Gratitute Attitude: A Reason to be Grateful
It's Saturday which means it is time for another installment of my Gratitude Attitude....
1. I am grateful for Kimmie....she keeps me sane. That's a hard job because I feel like I am drowning a lot. I am glad that she always reaches her hand out to pull me to sanity.
2. I am grateful that I survived this week....it simply sucked.
3. I am grateful for my job. They appreciate my positive nature and are working hard to accommodate my ever changing needs as I prepare for surgery.
4. I am grateful for the confidence I feel in the doctors as I prepare to have my knee replaced. Their pro-active nature calms my nerves.
5. I am grateful for Lorri because she helped me through my surgery prep appointment and sometimes we find friends where we didn't know we had them.
6. I am grateful for my strength because it gets me through the darker days.
7. I am grateful for Amanda because she has not been my friend forever but she has pulled me through this week, which has been one of the worst ones ever. She listened, supported, and encouraged me all along the way.
8. I am grateful that my knee pain is almost done, surgery is April 29th.
9. I am grateful that my family comes home on Monday. I have realized that I am not a lone wolf. I am sleeping awfully with everyone gone. I just miss them.
10. I am grateful for Shelly with her simple logic. She always kindly makes me see when maybe I am not thinking things through completely. She is encouraging, loving, and has helped me grow a lot as a person. She is a great cousin and friend.
Share your gratitude attitude, pay it forward, and be the positive change in the world. Recognize your gifts and share them with whoever needs them. Your heart will feel full when you have people grateful for you, give them a reason to be. Thanks to those who gave me a reason to be grateful for them.
